Did anyone explain why we are getting only ONE stash tab?

I mean yes of course, one is better than none. But at the same time, one also feels like a very distasteful trolling of the playerbase, perhaps in some petty revenge for how badly the game has been received? Was any actually reason given as to why they are adding only one?

Because for some reason in their spaghetti code while rushing to put out this game, they made it so that any time you see anyone else in game, the game loads their entire stash, asset wise.

We need at least 50 stash tabs to somewhat play all 5 classes. If you really want to play most builds on all classes, we need closer to 125-150 stash tabs. So no, it’s not about inventory management alone, it’s about having a base bare minimum amount of stash tabs

I am a pack rat. I felt the need to stock up potentially good equips for another class that I want to try playing… please do not judge lol.

I am wondering what will happen to our stash in the Seasonal realm when the char gets moved to Eternal realm though? I believe they said something about merging but I forgot it :sweat_smile:.

Hey I hear you. Don’t feel bad! One thing you can do until the gem tab and inventory situation gets sorted out is create a mule character to hold some of your excess stuff !

yes, they used the same code as D3, which loads everyone’s WHOLE inventory and stash when you see them. How clever ! While it may work in D3, it certainly does not in this joke of a “game”. Laziness is all it is. But rest assured, by season 4 they will have figured it out, and you will be able to buy stash tabs from the shop :slight_smile: enjoy !

Oh I heard the excuse about loading everyone’s entire stash. But of course I assumed that was just some hilarious joke and no dev could actually be that incompetent. Did they forget this was an Open World??

Then it seemed the bug was true (lol). But when one stash tab was then mentioned, I further assuming this hilarious bug had been fixed?

So let me get this straight. This bug is real. It has not been fixed, and they are giving only one tab to minimise the increase in lag they know it will cause?

You couldn’t make this up.

Yea well if the devs hadn’t make the decision to load every stash tab from every player it wouldn’t be a problem

Loading the stash isn’t even the worst part of it, it seems like the game client spawns and maybe even loads the assets for all the items in all the players inventories? It is pretty madness really :smiley:
