Diablo really made just for consoles?

Long time console player (3,000 hours) moving to PC for D4. You all have no idea how good you have it.

Try running a dashing strike monk when you get a max dash that throws you off a zoomed in screen every time.

Try focusing an elite with any skill when it’s surrounded by mobs and all you have is line of sight targeting. Seriously, you are going to be able to drop a flame wall anywhere you want. Console is going to be stuck casting them at their own feet or the closest enemy most of the time.

Teleport goes max distance every time. You really want that?

We upgraded our gems one at a time. Imagine 30 min in town just to get your flawless royals.

Don’t get me started on Nephalem glory or our nerfed mob density or the challenge of aggroing mobs more than a zoomed in screen away.

Oh, then there’s getting jailed or charged from off screen or having 15 winged assassins jump on your face before you ever see them.

The gear UI was completely ported to console and looked nothing like the one in D4. The one on D4 is clunky on console and has some real optimization issues.

This is 100% a PC first game when it comes to skill dynamics and skill targeting. Huge competitive advantage on MK.

Also, having console players be able to purchase the game as well as cosmetics is a huge increase to revenue. That makes new content far more likely to be frequent and well developed.

PC players have it good and going to be benefitting from console sourced revenue for years to come.
