Diablo IV season 8 - no progress in the taskbar, despite having passed the stages, no possibility of moving on to the next stage

I play the character Necromancer, after completing level I in season 8, despite completing further tasks in level II - they are not completed, there is no progress. It is as if the game is frozen. The same when I pass some quests from level III, although they are completed, they are not credited on the progress bar.
I do not know how to fix this error?
