Got disconnected this morning, since then i’m not able to reach the game anymore …
Platform : PS5
Is there any update from blizzard team ?
It will be impossible to reach lvl 20 if the problem continues.
The fact that they didn’t fix that simple connexion issue “related to some accounts that remind connected in their severs” and they are not giving any update / deadline, It is so disrespectful for customers, we lost a lot of time for nothing …
Start wondering to ask for a refund and never ever play a blizzard game anymore, that company shows no respect for people at all …

Sane thing happened with my Account, logged in as soon the Beta started played for maybe 20 mins to the first town. Got disconnected, and every time i try and login again I’m in a eternal “Queue”
The Timed Queue times are down alot but still the same issue. I understand how Beta’s are supposed to have problems, but not when your beta testers can’t even get on the game to see if it works or not. in the time i played i was really enjoying it. Please help us Console users with this issue!

Same thing happened to me. Can’t wait for the official open beta with even more people next weekend or whenever it is? I’m sure it’ll be fixed by June 6th? Probably not even then. Glad I got my hopes up for nothing.

They know how to fix that simple it is a well known issue, faced years ago with WOW, they just don’t care about customers.
Anyway, if they don’t fix it today i’ll just get a refund and stop hoping that blizzard will become a good company again.

Glad they “Listen to the community” hopefully some major YouTubers can spread the truth about the lack of care and maybe just maybe blizzard still won’t care because as long as they have WOW they’ll never need another game. So frustrating. Just a reminder of the modern era of gaming where nothing works. And everything is fixed post launch. I think they’re trying to be worse than UbiSoft and Elden Ring lol no such thing as bad press right?

Read that if you log in with an alt account it works. Some sync problems between psn and battle.net accounts or something to do with game authentication and being “still logged in” from an earlier instance
This is not related to dc only guys i was online 8 hours ago and logged out manually and i tried to get in 2 hours ago and i got stuck at the QUEUED … runeword login screen so …
I’ve read this as well, im tempted to do this.
but on the other hand if we fix the problem for them they will never fix this. from the looks of it, it is alot of accounts that have this same issue, so doing a bulk action on their side would most likely fix this issue.
