Wrong patch notes, fella! 
I think they forgot to upload them. There is no way this is the actual patch notes.
They just said like 5 minutes ago that it will take a while but will be up soon with the whole 3.0
Did they post the wrong link or something? There is nothing there, lol. People just want to see the new skill trees!

They said no such thing. The 3.0 notes are up now. They just contain zero item/class/system changes.

They made mention of something about Paragon at the end of the stream, but then i couldn’t find where they actually did anything with that comment.
The new campfire’s are at least much more organized, but the developer portion still doesn’t do much to enlighten us on anything.

You’re one of those guys who need sOUrce that the earth is not flat, aren’t you?
Community guy said 1 hour 12 minutes in that the blog will be up instantly with a short wrap up and the patch notes will come later than usual because 3.0 is huge. The patch notes are already up are for 3.0.1 which is already the bug fix followup for 3.0
Now go argue with someone else for the sake of arguing and projecting it towards me.
