Demon Invasion Global Event
After possibly an upcoming iteration on the Global World Wide Goblin event, featuring a Slain Goblin counter and lots of Goblin related events (Goblin Realm?) and Goblin loot it would be great to have a similar Demon Invasion Global Event. Here the global, world wide goal is to defeat millions of Demons together with other players all over the world. Just like in Helltide demons are pouring in from everywhere, in every area, until the ultimate goal has been achieved. These demons drop Helltide cinders and these are permanently stored until the end of this event.
Demon Invasion Global Event Cinematic
Would be great to launch a short Cinematic where the NPCs in the Diablo IV World are fighting a losing battle against an overwhelming Demon invasion army and when all hope seems lost players enter one by one and turn the tide of battle. Bonus would be to feature player names from famous Diablo players (and players who asked questions at the Developer Live Stream) and animating their favorite builds.
Lets focus on fixing the hundreds of bugs and class unbalances first.
The game needs the medicine (bug fixes), sure, but it also needs the sugar (new features), to keep things interesting.
Also, this season I haven’t encountered any game breaking bugs. The only thing that annoys me is that, when starting Diablo IV, it always fails to log in the first time. Then I have to end the process, start Diablo IV again, and then it works. Have done multiple clean installs of Graphics Drivers and Diablo IV, but didn’t fix it. Apart from that it is smooth sailing, at least for me that is.
