Diablo IV disappears from purchased products list and disappears from launch list and there is no option to install it. The last game session was May 6, 2025.

Check this thread, alot of people have this issue. For some it is an easy fix (e.g. change the region, or change the battlenet password), and some have to uninstall everything and reinstall.
i too have this problem. i uninstalled now the game is off my games list.
I experienced the same issue. The resolution for me was to log out of the Battle.Net client. When logging back in, I changed my region to Europe (originally set for America). When I logged in, Diablo IV was listed in my games library.
I repeated the process to log out, switch region back to America, then logged in. The game was once again available in the games library.
Not sure if you’ve tried switching regions, then back to your original region. Worth a shot. Hopefully it will resolve your issue also.
You people really suck at your job. Battle.net and the games are sh it since it got sold to Microsoft, and now the largest computer company in the world can’t get their systems to work right? I need to buy the game again? What a joke your company is.
