Expansion, but who knows how many. They could be real snakes and have one prime evil per expac with Diablo being in the last one. Would be raging if that were the case.

You could put a “Spoiler Alert” I guess but to expect Diablo here is too much since the Prime Evil essences take a lot of time to recover. It’s just fifty year ahead.

Yeah think the whole point of the epilogue was to open the door for the other prime evils to enter the story at some point.
Pretty sure that was Mephisto, but alright.
