I won’t grab the expansion until it’s below $20. Only because the expansion won’t add anything new.

I’d like to test it if Blizzard wants authentic feedback that can only enhance the game.

I hope this is true from a November interview :point_down:

  • Blizzard is hoping to have the big reveal for Vessel of Hatred in early Summer of 2024, more specifically “probably in about 6 months or so”

It’s in Alpha.
It’s moved out of PRE-Alpha into Alpha.
When it’s in Beta - that’s when it’s released and we all buy it :wink:

I’ll wait for the 25-50% off sale that will inevitably come shortly after launch. D4 went on 50% off over Christmas. The game was barely over half a year old.

It better be Damn Good because I have a feeling if this fails D4 is dead OTH I pretty much feel like D4 was one of those dead on arrival products

I am more hyped for s4 than I was for launch, after playing the betas something just felt off about D4, now almost a year later it is a much better state (yes when s4 launches).

Guessing we will see s5 and s6? before VoH launches, if they can keep up the good changes I will probably be hyped for VoH aswell.

D4 was the first Diablo game I ever played and I like it. Then I see all the complaints and I am sitting here excited for VOH. I guess it’s all the lore and story that really holds my interest. Stuff like finding the chamber where Lilith was summoned was cool to me. The stories about each region and how the last 50 years affected each one.

I guess the question is what could Blizzard do to improve D4 via VOH?

What were some of things from previous Diablo you all miss?

Getting an expansion after everything we’ve seen with diablo 4 feels bad. It feels like a company is saying “we know we released this half-finished game but please give us more money so we can do it all again”

Hopefully a badas new class, I was hoping they bring Blood knight and another new class thats never have ben seen.

You’re thinking of the “Un-xpansion”, this thread is talking about the actual “xpansion”.
All kinds of cool stuff and big changes come with this.
