I have been having a problem with my character getting stuck in place. Not sure what causes it but I noticed it happens while I’m holding down the mouse button, any other action like dodge or using an ability un-stuck the character. I have also noticed it happens as my APM rises (usually when fighting more dangerous mobs). I have been having this problem since launch of D4, was hoping it would go away with time or when the servers get more stable but alas. If you have any suggestion what should be done to repair this problem please let me know, and thank you.

Update:
This bug is still present, on Live and on PTR . It persistently occurs while holding left mouse button AND using any other skill. The “stuck” part of the bug stops when clicking again or using another skill, evade counting also.

and quite frequently too … I’d say about every 2 or 3 minutes … dozens of times during a play session
it’s really annoying and can even get you killed. I hope they can fix this soon.

This is happening to me quite often as well on a sorcerer. Dozens a time in a single dungeon even, with seemingly no specific cause.

Yeah, it’s happened randomly to my sorcerer as well (most recently, during a world boss fight… thankfully, had a good group and didn’t die.) Can’t jump out of it, can’t ride horses, can’t TP home. The only way I’ve found to get out of it was to ‘leave game’ and then log back in again - which isn’t great, but at least it’s something.

This has been happening since release. Still happening on sorc. Its something to dow ith holding left click. It’s so dumb
Good i found this, i am not alone. I have had this issue with my BARBs main attack since RELEASE, LEFT click BASIC attacks, it happens on a daily basis OFTEN and only goes away if you release your left click mouse button. (a tip is to bind walk on scroll button until they fix this BUG).
Wanted to try another char other than Barb, Made a Flurry Rogue using Puncture and its horrible, gets stuck constantly, it’s rly bad this hasn’t been hotfixed yet.
trust me when i say this… they know about it theres nothing they can do about it…
i hope thats not true. I love this game but will not continue with this. My char is stuck 10% of the total time I spend in an AoZ dungeon
