Diablo 4 lilith statue at Malnok not available

lilith statue at Malnok not available issue.
I did arrive at Malnok the lilith statue location in house door had been opened, so that enter them and might be touch lilith statue, however my character moved out by system and closed the door.
Therefor I did completed Malnok quest, after that the house door opened again…
However there is not lilith statue, so I could not completed lilith statue at Malnok until now.
I already did log off/on and PC power off/on… It could not fixed the issue always empty.
Other character no issue, only a character issue in there.

I am not sure it already reported and has solution or not.
