I haven’t had this much fun on a Diablo game since Diablo 2. These forums alone have provided me with hours upon hours of ridiculous fun.
I don’t need them to add anything to the game as long as I can log on to these forums and read the erotic fan posts some users write.
Best part? I can enjoy the best part of this game ANYWHERE. At work. On the toilet. At Whataburger. On Whataburger’s toilet. I can experience this joy ANYWHERE.
These forums = greatest ever. I kill time at work by browsing PC general discussion. It’s a never ending stream of content

kinda true, but even on forums you can feel that game becoming more and more dead. Sad.
The forum got stale and repetitive much faster than the game to be honest.
We still get uber unique thread drops by the likes of Mr. Pink and FlyingFox every couple of days. Can’t say the same about uber uniques dropping in the game…
Forums is 50% of my purchase honestly. Without it I wouldn’t play.

Yeah, This is what it has come down too. Pay $70.00+ Dollars to play the forum game with the world largest cut scene called Diablo 4

The issue with this particular game is that it got too big and too many stray players that came from other genres and think they know what is best for the game. It’s really sad.
I wouldnt be surprised if i have more hours browsing these forums than i do playing the game.
I havent turned on D4 in about 5 weeks but i still check in here every now and then to see if anything is better, but i am alwayd disappointed.

I think this is one of the biggest issues. The advertising blitz brought alot of people that had no idea what they were getting into. Then they talk about whats best for the game and how the devs are lazy and stupid all the while they have no idea what it takes to make a game like this.
