Diablo 4 is a dead game already and will die after a couple weeks

So far, the number of people I have speak in game is ZERO. NONE AT ALL. They might as well be NPCs .This game basically is dead if all you are doing is grinding by yourself. Once the novelty wears off, everyone will be gone in a couple weeks or so.

Diablo 4 is not a game where you hack and slash away at monsters mindlessly. It is a game where you hack and slash away mindlessly WITH FRIENDS AND COMMUNITY.

There is no global chat or other chat communities. It is missing a easy way to group up and communicate with other players.

I know some people like to be robots and play by themselves which is fine but let the rest of us be social and have fun. The solo only players and robots can just turn off the newly implemented " global" or “general” or diablo 3 style community chats and let the rest of us play together in groups and be social. It does not affect you at all when you can just disable chat.

There are still tons of people all over the world. Tons of people standing right at the town portal spot every time I town portal. Just killed Ashava this afternoon with 10+ people. But yep it’s sure on the verge of death…

Btw these are the same people who were complaining during beta about “mmo features” and screaming for a single-player only mode.

Plus given how busy their servers are I think this game is pretty far from dead…

Do you have friends? Are you looking for a community that will accept an attitude like that?
There is a group for everyone, keep looking, you’ll find it.

The crazy thing is, diablo immortal had a far greater community feel. This doesnt even have a workable chat system. It honestly feels like it is missing half the game

I love it when people talk about a dead game when it comes to a seasonal arpg. By your logic PoE has been dead for 10 years now…

Grow up man. The game has issues i won’t deny it but i’ll still be playing each season for 2-4 weeks or so, even more if i like the season. That’s how it has always been for arpgs. Very few people tend to play a season for the full run.
