I Played all your Diablo 4 Beta test including closed beta.
Currently Players located in SEA region get connected to Europe which is far away and we end up between 120-150 Ping.
I would highly appreicate just like overwatch 2 , Please add Singapore Servers of Diablo 4.
Singapore is perfect location for most of the SEA Countries including Oceanic players who play.
So i sincerely request Diablo 4 Team to go launch Singapore server support for this game.

How do you know about the EU servers ? I try to know where is the servers locations also, I play from SEA and I had a terrible ping from the Server Slam.

You can trace IP address from Task manager. Under Task manager go to Resource manager then Network tab.
Under network tab go to TCP connection tab , you can see diablo 4.exe with Ping and Ip address it’s connected to.
Then use 3rd party site to know.
There’s no Singapore server, while Overwatch does? Why is that?
I’ve been looking forward to this, but if they’re forcing us to online play and not giving the proper server to play on for each region, that’s just… idk, Blizzard I guess, after all the lawsuit, how low they can go honestly…
Blizzard is this a joke ? Why should I play this online game with 120ms ping from Singapore when I can play other hack’n’slash with 5ms ping ?
I already have one open ticket about this problem. But also i have latency arround 3500. Another games still fine. Im from Indonesia

Is ping still terrible for SEA players even after launch? If so, I’m definitely not purchasing until that’s sorted out.
Same here, the lowest latency I’ve seen is 120. Every single night at 9pm or so it goes to crap and rubberbands horribly. Hitting 300+, even 1000+ sometimes. Ridiculous.
Edit: consistent 600-1600+ right now. Absolutely insane. Especially in a 99% single player game.

Update on this. I’m still giving this game the benefit of the doubt as I enjoy it a lot, but I’m still experiecing high ping usually and recently since the new patch the stability of the connection has gotten so bad for me… I can’t finish a helltide properly because half way through I’d get disconnected and even throughout combat and just browsing the shop I’m having latency spikes from 100ms to 5000ms… I have just changed my router to a gaming router, replaced my modem, and I’m using a high end gaming setup. So yea, if you’re SEA players unless you want to feel very disappointed I’d honestly just wait
I can absolutely confirm that this happens every night. At the best of time latency is mid one hundred to 200s. And the worst part is the ping counter is not updated in real time. You rubber band then fater a long while the counter shoots up. Then you’re dead. It’s unplayable!
