They banned me for posting my item elsewhere for trade other than their discord.
So is it a monopoly ? I can only post my items to trade there or else I am banned? Is this even ok?
Also they are accusing me of RMT , yet I can prove for sure will provide blizzard access to all extracts from all financial services accounts linked to my name and all transactions . I am a millionare and I dont sell items for pennies.
This is unacceptable ban and Would like a reponse from Blizzard for partnershiping with such abusive moderators and abusive Discord.
Game is functional and I never sold anything for real money . this is entertainement for me and its a shame I am having to deal with these kind of stuff on my spare time.
I see. One thing I can tell you from my experience in forums or Discord like apps, once they ban you, no matter how you complain they will just keep ignoring or banning your new accounts if they know it’s you. They won’t listen and believe whatever you say.
I haven’t experienced a moderator who has a sense of fairness with such things.
Sounds like details missing. This other site you offered the item(s) at, it was jsp, right? Don’t you think that’s important information to the narrative?
Your opinion that it isn’t is simply your opinion. The important aspect is that it is regarded as something much more sinnister by a large group within the diablo community. Thus it is integral information if you are presenting a narrative of what went down. So much so that I could immediately tell that was the information you were purposefully leaving out.

No, and I would never use that discord if they ban jsp use since I think jsp is fine if you use it ethically and don’t spend more than you made in a season. It was just easy to tell you weren’t explaining the full story. Why are people like this? Like just explain the important variables. All you do is discredit yourself when you lie by omission.

Their proof as they told me is a line where I said I had the item posted on another forum with a higer bid . that is it.
Like I said I can provide full proof , they cant.

No amount of explanation will work. They will just ignore you.
Not sure I believe your story or anything else you said but that doesn’t really matter. Discord is a private server and they can ban you for whatever they want to. There is no recourse for you.
However, submitting a ticket or trying twitter is probably the best place you can go to try. They don’t really read these forums nor respond to them.
There is no official Blizzard Discord server last I checked. The D4 server Blizzard was advertising is a community-managed server so they have their own rules.
