Diablo 4 disappeared from my library

I logged in into my Battlnet account to play Season 8 and Diablo 4 disappeared from my games library. It only gives me the option to purchase it. Although on the Diablo 4 page it says that the base game and vessel of hatred are in my library, even though they are not. Is anyone else having this issue? I submitted a ticket to blizzard but no response yet.

Also this is on my laptop where I uninstalled the game. On my desktop I still have the game installed and able to play it but it still not appearing in my library and I suspect if I delete if from my desktop I will not be able to reinstall it again.

Congrats, the universe did you a favor

Just wait till they review your ticket, but support is kinda usseles and maybe you will need days for a proper answer

lol I wouldn’t be mad if I got refunded. But if Blizz can just delete the game from your account that’s messed up. I’m sure its a bug just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this.

You don’t happen to have more than 1 battle net account do you? Just checking you’re not logging into the wrong one. Yes, some people have more than 1. I have 2. 1 I don’t even use anymore.

If you uninstalled the game, it should give you the option to install it back again…
Beware, 80gb download…

Nope just got the one. It missing from both my desktop and laptop, I can only play it on the desktop because I still have it installed there, but the game itself is not in my library.

That’s a weird one. Hope you don’t need to wait too long.

Don’t have the option to reinstall it because its gone from my library.

And if you select the game in the battle net app games shop?
What happens?

It just gives me the option to buy it.

Weird, it should give you the install option like this one:

Try to update or uninstal & reinstall the bnet app

Log out of Bnet on all devices. Delete the launcher (fully uninstall it). Reboot. Go back to blizzard and redownload from them. Install, log in and see if that fixed it. If not, open a ticket.

I had to recently change my Microsoft account password. Someone tried to log into my account (using the correct password) from another country, so make sure you also got 2FA on as well and change your password as well for Blizz.

Ofc they can do that. They will have to face legal repercussions but they can absolutly take the game away from anyone.

They can probably also just shut down the servers whenever they want to.

Weclome to the great time of “Online Gaming”

My first thought when I read this post was “How come I can’t get that lucky?”.

Probably something simple.
