Diablo 4 Crashing once every 15 minutes or less due to GPU utilization spiking to 100%

Found a possible fix solution if you R using a Factory OC Nvidia card. Tested it for a 2 hr session and not a single crash.

Random crashes when farming Open World, Teleporting to any town and salvaging items with the Blacksmith, viewing Stash, etc. D4 will always crash to desktop with the option to tell Blizz what U were doing when the crash occurred. Noticed that when D4 crashed, around the same time, there was a GPU max spike in Performance viewer.
