Good day! I have diablo 4 coop problem ps5
We finishing the prologue and after this the second player ger an error “none of the characters are eligible to join the current game diablo 4” we also can’t run the game from the second user accound on the same ps5
I see forums and realy disapointed the same problem was 2 month ago and many people have it and you still didn’t fix it
I bought ultimate edition and wanted to play with my girlfriend together but if you not working on tecnical quolity of your product probably I need tto request a refund and bought the game when you guys start doing your job and fix bugs

Same problem, but on Xbox. Played through prologue together, then logged out and back in after a break and got this error, “None of your characters are eligible to join current game” when P2 tried to join. We bought the game for ealry access and paid extra for this…

Same problem in PS5. Now is impossible play with my wife in coop.
When will be fixed???

Actually planning on playing coop with my wife today - will see if we have the same issue - I’m thinking if we do it’s probably got something to do with the “early access” where only people’s accounts that have bought Deluxe or Ultimate will be allowed to play full game before the 6th… anyone using regular ed will have to wait until 6th - but still doesn’t make sense 2nd player was allowed to play prologue

Yeah, let us know. And if it’s a licensing issue, did they tell us that somewhere? It was not clear to me and a lot of people. Feels like a lot of us spent extra money only to be let down by this issue.

Having a similar issue on Xbox. Wife and I share an Xbox with separate accounts. Hers is primary and where we buy everything on as well. Her battlenet account is attached to her user name and mine to mine.

I start a D4 game on her account load in for co-op with my account, and then exit her account from the game. Due to your license big with early access.

I play through the prologue and get some amount past that before I need to log off. It saves the items I pick up and experience but it’s not saving my progression at all. When I load a game back in the same way and try to use a waypoint to get to the part of the map I was previously in i get errod that I can’t use waypoints before completing the prolog. Even though I have completed it 3 times now.

Having paid for early access this is frustrating as I watch others progress and myself be stuck unable to proceed due to this bug.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Some feedback: Well my wife and me both played fine all day today had a glitch at some stage where had to close game completely then reopen and we both we’re able to join back in fine without issue - running ultimate edition if that helps you

Same issue here on PS5 playing with my sone and he was kicked off after a while and hasn’t been able to coop since. Very frustrating!

We had the same issue but P2 could join after going to town… maybe now P2 is not able to connect anywhere on the map
