Since I requested a refund due to general upset on Diablo 4, I guess I’ll ask here.
Did the devs, in all of their high and mighty knowledge of how people like to play games derived from Diablo 2, is there a basic attack that can be used to “swing a stick” yet regardless of class?
Or do sorceresses still throw sparkles from swords/can’t use swords?
Why do you ask? Since you will be refunding, no reason to hangout in D4 forums and cry rivers no more? Weird dude, weird.

I refunded for a reason.
Its a central, key figure to what hack and slash games are supposed to be. Something that “people who grew up playing diablo 2” would understand.
However, it seems like they all played hammerdin bots. shrug

You know that its possible for you to be a useful human being? For instance, if you, yourself, own Diablo 4, go grab a sorceress, put a sword in her hand, and then tell me if she can swing a sword at things with a basic attack that actually swings the sword instead of throwing sparkles, instead of you just being a tool.
I own two copies of D4 and I completely agree with you. Wtf is the point of collecting weapons if you can’t swing them after you get your first magic skill at lvl 5? It has broken the game completely for me. I’m hoping there’s an update or something because so many people hate it.
