Releasing a RPG without Paladin IS freaking nonsense, worse than that when this Game circles around the cathedral of light, Inarius, Holy power and those huge armors. They got there infinite cash shop money via transmog.

Yeah I’m surprised Paladin was not in the game too. I think they are thinking of long term, provide little as possible at start so
Expansion 1, new class paladin
Expansion 2, new class amazon
Expansion 3, Diablo 4 officially does its own thing now.
I feel like Rogue is more like a paladin then a Assassin if that is what it is suppose to be.
They have a skill that pretty much destroys everything, its similar to the Hammerdin, hammer circles in D2.
Rogue honestly feels like shooter boomerang class.
Rogues suppose to be backstabbers, but I don’t see actual players doing backstabbing.
Anyways, Amazon is truely unique still, theres no javelins, Amazons are cool

I never understood the fascination with merging classes. The Rogue as is should be knife based, backstabs and such. Yet they lumped a bunch of bow things into it too. I’m thinking it’s because they were bankrupt on coming up without enough stuff for an actual Rogue and a stand alone bow class.

Typically Amazons are female. It’s a matriarchal society, all female.

Honestly I think were going to have a morally grey class. Were not getting crusader because of events in Hawazar. Definately not Palladin because spoilers not from the Cathedral of light. Maybe a Mutant type of class like blood hunter.
A paladin type class would be pretty cool imo. Its atleast one of the obvious needed additions. Since the game lacks a holy type class with light based powers.
i could imagine it taking abit til the next expansion tho, like when the prime evils become a thing etc.
Blizz has crippled the light and their powers, all of a sudden making the light “bad”. They will just remake the blood knight from DI

super wrong. go back to the lore. the light wasnt just “good” just as the hell isnt just “bad”. they are both parties with their own interests.

Played all the games. I know the lore. The light was never bad until this game and it became hail this demon the blessed mother.
not trying to offend you, yet you arent correct. tho of course the light represents virtues, they can lead to bad action. after all. the burning hells and the high heavens originate from one being in the lore. sadly not explained enough in the games, hope that comes sometime.
I mean, they released an item hunting game without interesting items, so there’s that.

And at the same time, hasn’t the High Heavens turned it’s back on humanity?
thats a thing to wait for id say. i mean, we dont exactly know whats going on with tyrael up there, or let alone imperius… so personally i wouldnt think some “mutant” classes would be wrong. ^^ of course i can be wrong too, i didnt study diablo lore ^^
Not to mention that the only class that uses shields currently in Necro.
It’s very obvious Paladin is next.
