If I call another user an idiot I will get flagged and either warned or banned for a set amount of time.
If a player call the devs idiots the post stays up and nothing happens.
Why? Lol
Once, I worked as a cook. I had customers order soup of the day.
Half hour after they were sent out, they came back, was told the soup was cold.
So, sent out fresh batch, piping hot, and watched the table. Twas a slow day.
30 mins later, “oh soups cold” enter customer rant, Karen style.
So, with that sort of attitude from them, I gave them some attitude in response.
Show respect, get respect. Be a Karen, suffer the consequences.

The one who doesn’t seem to have a clue is you milkboy. How does what you said change the fact that the devs do not respond to any of the topics created on the forums? Like I said, the only one who occasionally responds is the community manager Adam Fletcher.
The fact that you expect them to respond to every single bug post created just shows how delusional you are. Just because they don’t respond does not mean they are not aware or making an effort to correct whatever you or anyone else posts.
The last patch had many bug fixes on it that I would bet most people weren’t even aware were even issues, so I think claiming “they aren’t listening” is simply not true.
You obviously do care what everyone here thinks because you posted on the “console discussion” board where all the other console players can see it. You’re just upset because not everyone is here to support your temper tantrum because you feel “no one is paying attention to me”.
After the tears on your face dry up, maybe you could try growing up.

Because there a lot of sensitive snowflakes that love to hit the flag button when someone hurts their feelings, even if it doesn’t violate community guidelines.
You do relize there is a specific subform called Console Bug reports, right??? I would suggest posting there if you don’t want people to respond to your silly complaints, although I doubt the devs or representatives would respond to your hostile and derogatory message. You clearly lack social skills!
You must have never worked in IT, customer service, sales, or anything where there is a human being you have to talk to. Why do you think it’s okay for a $22B company to not have customer service for something they sell? You keep calling people snowflakes, but you’re the one here who seems to be getting hurt and going on the defensive when a mean rude person throws an insult in an attempt to fish for a response. You lack some serious critical thinking skills too. I already said I posted this on console discussion board so it would get more views and a dev could hopefully see it from that, since their bug report boards are completely ignored. It is 100% expected for them to respond to every single bug report. That’s their f’n job.

To expect a BUG free piece of software is just unrealistic, but yeah, there are things that should not happen (like the helltide drop absurd new bug) because it should be tested before going live…
I agree with OP regarding side quests are NOT rewarding, just a filler for renown farming…

Your job comment is nonsense. There are little to no jobs where you never have to interact with another human so that was a weak attempt at trying to be clever. With your attitude, I doubt you can keep a job for more then 24 hours before getting fired or quitting because whatever you are doing is “too hard”.
They do have customer service, but it is not here on the forums. You can call or email their customer service if you want to reach them. Some people talk to the devs on twitter as well.
I just give as I get. If you are rude to me then I respond in the same way.
As I stated already, the forums are not customer service, so no they don’t have to respond to every bug post. You obviously don’t get that the forums are mostly a place to talk to other players.

Stop wanting everything given to you without work and wanting everything perfect. Adapt. Overcome. Take some pride in what you are doing and play.

Yes, the patch made it harder. Yes, the patch created more work. Yes, they are doing everything to make more money. Yes, there are bugs. Yes, some will be fixed soon and some won’t, but they WILL be fixed.
Either choose to play and spend money on what they are providing or don’t. Crying here just makes you look weak and makes others who DO put in the time and effort want to camp you in the pvp areas.
Any version Diablo is WELL known to be messed with by the devs. This isnt a new thing. It is part of what makes diablo games addicting.
Just roll with it, or don’t. Things will change again……that is 100% certain.
Reading and listening are two different things. I can’t listen to a book I’m “reading”. Don’t give me the audio crap, you know what’s up.
Social skills begin with common courtesy. If everyone was just waiting to listen to start their “social skills” then we would all be silent….

This is honestly the best Diablo game I have played. Played through the campaign and level 53 on my sorc and have 0 complaints so far. Game looks great, plays great and, imo is way better than Diablo 3. I was nervous about microtransactions but its just cosmetic so who cares.

Management of the modern day is the doom of every single living cell in this solar system. Crunching numbers to a point the customer is Solely viewed as the statistic it supports preferably in their favor on the spreadsheets. Keep letting that sheppherd lead you and it will be where your barcode is applied…
