Ive seen/heard mixed info on the talent in regards to a firewall build. A couple ppl said it doesnt improve firewall and another couple says to spec into it. Anyone here know if it works on a firewall build?
Build: 4 defensives, firewall, snake.
Ench: firewall, meteor.
ppl reporting that DB doesnt work with burning instinct so its useless. I played with it for a while and also didnt notice any dmg boost.
Firewall cannot crit, and as mentioned above Devouring Blaze doesn’t impact the Burning Instinct node.
Devouring blaze isn’t critical damage, its a multiplier applied to critical hits. hence the 30%(x) Critical Strike damage. if it was critical strike damage like that from gear or other nodes/passives etc it would say +30% critical strike damage.
The reason you would spec into it on your build is to improve the damage on your meteor enchantment.
