Hey guys, I commented on another thread but it has been up for several months. I went through the support portal and it brought me here. Anyway there is an issue where this achievement is not unlocking for at least some Xbox players. Since this is a pretty involved achievement I was hoping something could be done to fix this? I just got my Level 100 today and the achievement did not unlock.

Yeah really sucks. So I guess you are saying you got your level 100 in the previous season and when it carried over to the regular realm it still didnāt unlock? Hopefully they will see this is an issue and it will get addressed soon.

Same thing happened to me on Ps4. Hit level 100 for the first time and didnāt get the trophy. Thought it might be delayed, but several days later thereās still nothing and apparently its been a long-standing issue. Definitely needs to be fixed; never have I had a single trophy bug out on any game and I have almost 50 platinum trophies with 5629 trophies total.

Xbox just got an update today that I was hoping would fix it and it did not. The said honest truth is that Blizzard simply does not care. They are obviously aware of it but choosing to ignore it. I have 28,473 achievements as of right now and 966 completed games. I have never ran into this kind of issue in a AAA game title. Especially frustrating since it is relatively new and we are not talking about say a ten year old game.

Yeah we just got another update (1.2.2a) on Xbox about a week ago that fixed an apparent issue with another achievement but no mention of this one. I will never purchase another Blizzard product because of how they treat their player base. I was a huge Diablo III fan and completed several stacks of that game.
The thing that really sucks is that this is an easy fix as well. All they would have to do is implement a level or challenge check that could easily detect whether or not you hit level 100 and trigger the achievement. They are refusing to do so because like I said, they simply do not care.

I have the same Issue on PC, any updates?
I levelled both on PS5 and on PC, finished the level 100 on PC because Iāve been away from home. Now when Iām home I logged into Diablo IV on my PS5 and expected a gold trophy, but alas it didnāt trigger when I logged in on my level 100 character. Which means they still havenāt fixed it.

I wanted to share the news that I have been logging in after I hear there has been an update to the game. Today I logged in after the most recent update and loaded up my level 100 character and my achievement unlocked almost immediately. Not sure if it will work for everyone but I would definitely try.
Heya, I got a level 100 character while playing on PC, and the trophy wonāt pop for the Ps5 version of the game for Devoted Protector, quite frustrating.
