Hi Devs and Community,
I wanted to say thank you for putting out D4. I have played, from what it sounds like more than most. I have enjoyed my time playing, enjoyed the story and am more excited for June or whenever it is released.
People are so invested in this game that they are threatening to refund on a beta test, its crazy. Keep going devs, keep creating and fixing, because with out you there isn't a D4
I just don't want you to think everyone is out here hating you or the game. I'm sure i'm about to get some negative feedback from the community too saying don't give B-Lizard a break, I don't care.
Keep going, push push for more.

I agree. I’m lucky enough to have been able to enjoy the game for a few hours. Obviously the disconnects are unacceptable but damn people are only this mad because the game is obviously fun so far and expectations are high. It’s a beta, they went into this saying they need to test their servers, this is them testing their servers. I have faith it’s gonna be ok… eventually

I agree, the game is awesome so far. The Diablo series has always been my favorite game series, and this hasn’t disappointed.
There’s a lot to do, and that makes me hopeful for a much better end game than the rift fest we got in Diablo 3.
My only concern right now is how seasons are going to work. With so much to do, my motivation to repeat it all every 3 months is going to disappear quickly.

Good thought, lucky for us it isn’t our job. I’m glad we have devs that try to listen to the community. Maybe there will be a different mode for it…

Also - no. This isn’t about a beta being buggy.
This is about folks being sold early access to a beta that they cannot actually access. Then they are told ‘well, too bad, we wanted some extra money so we gave out beta keys with takeout meals that cost less than you paid for the early access’.
They are further told ‘well, no - of course streamers can play, because they actually do things for us. What have you done for us lately? Yes, besides give us your money’.
Are…you really surprised people are annoyed?
Not in the slightest. People are annoyed because the Blizzard emblem isn’t blue. They are annoyed because Bobby K is still around. They are annoyed because the Chicken codes smell funny.
I thought maybe they would kill some D3 and D2 servers for it. I’m not gonna lie, one of the reasons I bought the one I bought was so I could do the beta and I knew it would be busy and I’m currently sitting in Q to get back in. I just wanted to let them know its not all bad… LOL

People get annoyed about silly things.
That doesn’t mean that everything people get annoyed about is silly.
You don’t need to ‘encourage’ a multi-billion software corporation that earns more a year than some countries. If anything, you’re actually hurting the little guy here - because they see threads like this and go ‘well, we’ll always have people who’ll support us regardless of what shady, daft, greedy or irresponsible things we do, so why not just keep doing them’.
