Desperate Remedies Side Quest Bug - Cannot Complete

My partner and I were playing local co-op on PS5, with myself as a Sorcerer (P1 I believe) & Her as a Druid (P2 I believe).

We got to the objective “Place the amulet on the altar”, which I did. I got the quest completed on my Sorc, however on her Druid, she got the quest objective completed (green tick saying that the quest step is complete), however the quest itself was not completed and she did not receive any rewards.

Tracking the quest does not give anywhere to go and it is stuck on her quest log and she cannot finish it.

Is there anything we can do to fix this step?

It just happened to me as well. I saw you can abandon the quest from the quest list with square and maybe try to do again the quest for her. I haven’t tried yet by myself but it can mabye fix the problem

Abandoning this same quest and retaking it worked for me on the Xbox Series X. Thanks so much for the suggestion, Cloud! :slight_smile:
