after getting the bloodstained key you are required to kill two enforcers to open door. only one spawned for me which blocked progression.

Iām also encountering this bug.
Hit this bug as well.
I was able to leave the game, come back and do the dungeon again, that time 2 enforcers spawned.
Bug still there 1 year later.
