I purchased the deluxe edition from steam… today, I decided to upgrade to ultimate, however, upgrading from in-game only redirects me to a browser without any links. I tried purchasing via the steam page, but an error occurred saying “Transaction failed because you are trying to buy Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred - Deluxe to Ultimate edition upgrade” which requires ownership of “Uninitialized”. Please correct the error and try again.
Please advise on how to fix and hope this could be resolved asap. Thank you!
