Deluxe Battle Pass Bundle

I purchased the deluxe battle pass bundle and the confirm purchase screen is caught in a loop saying “transaction processing”. I can see in the shadow where the platinum has been deducted. I am hesitant to shut it down mid purchase but I suppose that is the only option.

UPDATE: The game d/con on its own and when I logged back in my purchases were/are now complete. ty

Same problem. Stuck in infinity loop without closure.

Update: As said before me, wait until timeout logs you off, exit, then restart.

me too. having the same problem.

I am also staring at a “transaction processing” screen…going on 15 minutes now. What a massive fail.
