It not only makes finding items really boring, but also making builds.
Every build requires a sudo set bonus from aspects and without it you do nothing, It is required to make builds otherwise they suck without them.
Finding legendaries while this aspect system exists is super boring because you just go “Oh yay a better version of the same aspect i already have”
You do one dungeon on world tier 1 and have a permanent legendary aspect you can use at ALL TIMES.
You can have a fully built character way too quickly and finding items is not fun.
It also ruins character builds, as you are required to have these aspects.
If legendarys had higher stats and Uniques had the special affects i think this game would be alot more fun in terms of finding items.
Even if legendary aspects from dungeons were a chance to drop and 1 time use i think that would be more fun, as you would actually farm non nightmare dungeons.
But, they would have to buff bosses and remove objectives because dungeons in this game are not fun.
Instead of advocating for one “aspect” of the items you should just say make itemization better.
Removing the aspects themselves won’t do anything as none of the items are interesting to begin with. The affixes suck, the uniques suck, their abilities suck.
You’re basically complaining about itemization which is indeed already a hot topic
Well, if the aspects were deleted they could be put on set items or skill trees.
HOTA deals 100% damage in an Aoe aspect for example.
Just make it a skill tree point…
Make items more stat based again,I hate all these conditions and aspects… Looking at my gf play i seen her ring…Aspect+Malignant heart…it looks like a disgusting wall of text item…
