Defiled Ground Event Bugged (Slay Remaining Enemies)

All enemies slain, completed the event, but it’s stuck on “Slay Remaining Enemies.”

Have exactly the same issue.

Stuck in defiled undercroft of sanguine chapel, says 2 remaining enemies, but none present. Please fix this bug!!!

Still not fixed. Can not complete this dungeon. I see first reported in March and now November. Really?
