While completing dungeons on that one there was one less skeletal construct from the required number which locked the option to finish it.

I had the same issue. I ran through the dungeon 3 times with a friend watching and there was 1 Skeletal Construct missing preventing me from finishing the dungeon.
Also having the same issue. I have video proof, currently streaming the game.
Literally just ran into this sadly… The dungeon only spawns 3 of the 4 required constructs making it a waste of a time.
Same here, also missing one. I’m not going to complain though as I don’t really like the spider boss and I got a legendary drop in here. I kind of think where it should have spawned, instead an event spawned.
