Heya!
I completed the “Final Slayer of the First Mother” achievement in Diablo 4 where you need to clear the Echo of Hatred fight at level 100 and kill uber Lilith. I received the title, but I have not received the mount that she is supposed to drop at the end of the fight. I’ve attached a Twitch VOD of the clear which should hopefully confirm this as both achievements clearly pop up (Twitch).
What I think happened here is that when she died, she had just spawned her clone beforehand which continued to cast during her death animation. Since she only drops loot after the death animation, when I took my hands of my keyboard to celebrate, her clone killed me and sent me back to spawn before she could drop the mount.
Is there any way to still receive the mount apart from having to clear the fight again since it’s pretty clear she died and I’ve already received the achievement?
Really appreciate any help that could be offered here!

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I have the kill clipped as well. I have received the achievement and title too. I find it a bit odd that you don’t just become completely immune at the end of the fight. Please let me know if you find a way to get the mount besides killing her again.
Similar thing happened to me, except I didn’t get title, her clone killed me during dead animation. I’ve simply considered it my mistake for celebrating too early. Hence killed her again.

Ended up having to kill her 3 times total to get a run where the clones didnt kill me at the end, but i finally got my mount. Its stupid that you can die after her death animation starts and not get rewards.
How can such a bug be released? I have the same. And now I can’t beat her.
He’s a tough opponent and I was very happy to beat him. And even though I have this achievement on my card, I didn’t get a horse.
