In the past weeks, the default zoom level keeps increasing (zooming in). I can zoom in further (and back out) but not past the new zoomed in level. It’s making the game unplayable and range enemies can’t be targeted as they are now offscreen. I’ve tried all sort of fixes such as pc restarts, driver updates, resetting graphic settings, changing resolution, but I can’t get back to the normal default zoom level. Can you go to a town and grab a screenshot? It helps the lurking employees, and can even help other users try to figure out what the problem is.
When submitting a bug post it is always a good idea to provide as many details as possible, including screenshots.

Yeah Mine hasn’t done that, but I can’t stand the default zoom in on a 16.9 monitor, 21.9 monitor is so nice, feels about perfect zoomed out, makes me glad I grab an ultrawide.
I am experiencing the same issue. My character is lvl 85 and it’s insane that I tried to connect a 4k monitor, reverted, and now the game is bricked. Tried everything from restarting to reinstalling the game entirely, and it’s not fixed.
So I’m a level 65 character so been playing long enough to have experienced the standard zoom level and notice the difference.
I’m playing on pc, with windows 11, and GeForce gtx 3600. My monitor is a Samsung odyssey G3 and I’m playing at the native resolution of 2K

Just for future reference, Blizzard employees are not allow to access player’s personal storage space such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Etc.

Looking at your it would seem zoom level is similar, but I definitely remember it being much more zoomed out.
Well, I just created a new level 1 hero on HC, which I have never played yet, and it looks about the same to me.
My image is just below yours.
If you look at the size of the stone circle around the waypoint, mine almost looks more zoomed in than yours.
My resolution is 1920x1080.
problem persist over new characters for me.
unless someone who is able to zoom out more can show a pic, then i’m going crazy.
Otherwise you’ve got the same problem as me.
Ignorance is bliss, for me. I would not have noticed.

Most have a slightly better zoom than i have.
Second has worse than mine.
However none or the zoom level difference I feel I’m experiencing. I feel my original default zoom level was closer to that while riding the horse.

Look great thanks, there are minor variations, but not to to the extent I was expecting.
