Decon'd Max Aspect didnt get Max Roll

I deconstructed a max roll 750% Shattered Spirit aspect and i did not get credit for it being max roll/ and is only showing 16/21 in my Codex.

This isn’t a bug. That is a max roll for a non ancestral item. Ancestrals have a higher max.
