I just started experiencing this bug after the buff to decompose. Now after I use the skill (this happens randomly not all the time) my character will freeze in place for about 2 to 3 seconds. I have been killed multiple times when this occurs. and I’m hoping that this gets fixed soon as possibly because to me it’s pretty game breaking.

I’m experiencing a similar thing playing on console. Whenever I use the basic attack (Hemorrhage) and the target is out of range, my character freezes in place for a few moments instead of attacking.
