I know the devs have already showed a lot of attention to necromancer, but this change seem like it would be simple, easy, and potentially very well recieved.
I think a very practical and logical update to DV, would be to either make the effect also work with Bone Spirit, or just add an additional effect that applies to bs, like a much quicker velocity, or even get rid of the shattered spirit aspect and just add it to dv.
The stats on dv are already useful to bs.
