Death trap was nerfed for season 9. The pull is gone.
The nerf I’m aware of. If the skill is no longer suppose to pull in enemies, then the description should say so?

This very true. The build is still strong and viable.
If the skill isn’t suppose to pull in enemies anymore, ok, but change the description. Pulling in enemies was a great AOE supporter, and made it easy to farm with the build. I have a DOK build I can use for farming instead. Ty Blizz for the Armory!!
They removed the intial pull in when DT is placed, but it still has pull in when it’s triggered.
season 10 aftermath is totally nerfed, you can only get 35 resource after using your deathtrap. It no longer stacks thru eyes in the dark pants.
Mine still pulls enemies in, it’s just a smaller radius.
The issue I’m having is that Preparation doesn’t seeem to be working. I have a 9.9 second cd on Death trap (before Vex kicks in, which lowers it even more), and I spend and refund more than 150 energy per cast…yet i STILL end up with a cooldown on it. It feels like the basic functionality is broken.
Thats why i play Hydra Sorc this season. I can throw around Hydras like deathtraps. No CD no Manacost and Manashield makes me nearly invulnerable. Plus im fast as hell. And i dont get interrupted by monsters hitting me when i port to town or open chests. ![]()
