Happened to me as well a few times. Had to go out and wait 2-3 min for reset.
This happened to me as well. A friend joined me mid-way through the dungeon which may or may not have had an impact.
same here, not enough to get through gate. Was by myself.

still an issue, im stuck on 95%. circled the dungeon for 20 mins…
This bug is still there after more than a year. Classic Blizz
