DC while fighting Ashava.. to character not found.. GG Blizzard. Thanks for backtracking and making us 'do it again' when we already qualified for reward last beta

As the title says. Complete disappointment.

Great to spend all those hours levelling and gearing up to get the mount trophy.
Only to get DC during fight, unable to log back in due to character not found.

Reloaded the game and the fight or people are not there.

What a waste of a day.

32GB Ram
Fiber 1GB internet connection.

It happened to me too. DC and got back in and the fight was not there. What’s happening?
The best run of the 3 I have tried too. Now another long 3 hour wait. Boo.

Had this happen to me as well. Was in the middle of the fight, had Ashava about 20% of the way down and then boom, dc’d and got an error for character already being logged in and it forced me to wait a couple of minutes to come back in. When I got back in, Ashava was gone and people were loading back in around me cause they got knocked out too.

Doubting I’ll be getting that reward now with the limited number of chances.

I already got all the stuff last bout. I hit the level cap, did the world boss, supposedly got the stuff… are you saying it got removed unless you do it this time around??

just happened to me 5/14/23 at 3am, was beating ashava and game disconnected and couldnt log back in. i cant fight her again its already 3am, this was last shot was going to beat her but typical DC… so now what? do i get the mount or no? cuz if i did everything to stay up this dang late for blizz to eff me in the A… imma be pissed…

Correct. They announced that we have to kill Ashava during Server Slam this weekend to get the trophy.

Absolute garbage that they backtracked on the reward, if we had previously earned it.

Same happened here. We had Ashava down to 20%. Best attempt of the weekend. got Dc’d and when trying to log back in had the 316719 error appear. When finally logged back in. I was in town. I ran back to the event and no one and the fight wasnt there. Sadly, I won’t get another chance to try and I won’t get the trophy now :frowning:

Same here random boot in the middle of the fight. Account locked error got back in gone last chance to get the reward. Unreal!!!

i was also dc’d from a promising ashava fight at 3 am on a saturday. i only have time for 2 tries today and with the team rng i have my doubts about success this time :frowning:
