I see people leveling up. I see streamers, streaming their games.
So… tell me what I need to do to play for more than 5 minutes without getting disconnected. I am in NA, I have cross-play disabled.
I have been unable to run a dungeon without immediately getting disconnected upon entering the dungeon. I need to complete quests that require dungeons.
Again, tell me what the streamers are doing different, I would love to actually play the game.

What are your PC specs? Have you tried updating your drivers?
My graphics are completely up to date.
My system is for the most part well over powered for the requirements of this game.
(i7, dual 1070’s, 16 gb RAM)
I played for about 3 hours yesterday didnt have any issues outside a little lag. Not sure what to tell you.
Do you have any Windows updates pending? That caused a lot of issues for me early release.
I’ve been trying to play since yesterday without success, I always try again, people say have you updated the driver? Have you ever done this or that? So tell me why in no other game does this happen? Stop talking about how these self-service robots are definitely Blizzard’s problem, and I’m not upset because this game is far from impressing me after so many frustrations, but I wanted to play a little and see if anything changed… even because I paid a lot in this game (in my region)
Nope… My graphics and my windows is completely up to date.
Today’s patch now allows me to disconnect up teleporting to another city. I currently cannot even leave a town. … at least it save me the trouble of having to run to a dungeon, get disconnected there and have to run back again, … only to rinse and repeat.
Get a better internet connection.
If a lot of people are able to play without issue, then the problem is on your end with respect to your connection between you and Blizzard’s servers and that’s not something Blizzard can fix.
Sometimes its just a better experience to join the roayal console community. Game looks awesome on a big 65" OLED TV and connected to a good homecinema setup it also sounds good.
I dont need gimmicks lik 240 hz “gaming” monitors or stuff.
Push Ixx-boggs controller button… everything starts… ready to play. Gimme controller now plx. All i need to collect Highend-PC-Gamer- Ears. Niahahahahahaaaa
(just joking. I also have a nice PC Setup for other games. Hope you find a solution so you can play S2 soon.)
LOL… I am on a fiber optics… my pings are not the problem
Well the fact that you can see other people playing just fine but ‘you’ can’t, implies that it’s a problem with ‘your’ connection.
If it was a problem on Blizzard’s end then more people would be unable to play, including streamers.
Just because you have fibre-optic, doesn’t mean your connection can’t be faulty.

Ping and isp routing are not the same. For example, i used to have at and t with like 120 down and 70 up. No issues ever with anything. But every once in a while i couldnt even connect to ffxiv without using an ip tunneler (or vpn). This is because at and t routes all their lines through an EXTREMELY overloaded hub in san jose ca. The tunneler let me route through a different hub and i could magically connect again.
