EDIT 4:30pm CST - It seems that I needed to DL the 4K textures pack. I was only using the base game since I only play at 1080p… Something to do with ray-tracing update perhaps? Either way, I can now login and play the game. END EDIT
Updated Diablo IV to the latest version, 1.3.5.51501 and the game won’t even launch now.
A box pops up and says Data Retrieval Error.
Diablo IV was unable to retrieve necessary data. Please check your network connection.
My network is up and running, Steam loads and I’m able to play my games. Web sites load… I’ve tried scan and modify files, that comes back all OK… logged out of my battle.net account and back in, nothing. Restarting my PC yields the same result.
