So, Just prior to patch 2.2.0.64473, I logged into the game and received the “Diablo VI was unable to retrieve necessary data. Please check your network connection.” Msg just as I tried to more. Logged out and restarted the launcher only to see the patch. After uploading the patch, I can not even get to the start screen without the error.
I checked the forums and the only ‘fixes’ I saw were to reinstall, or check my anti-virus. I checked the anti-virus (Windows Security) and that was not the issue.
Is the only fix to uninstall and reinstall the game?
