So first a thank you to fixing the bug where basic versions of the cosmetics were not granted. I logged in after the patch and finally had the boots after hundreds of run.
Now I’m still missing 3 of the “greater” variants of the cosmetics. I dropped everything else, weapons, cat armor.
I must have run so many of these Dark Citadel back to back, and the last cosmetic drop I had are from last week, since then absolutely nothing. Since the patch I must have done 5 full clears, including 2 weekly caches rewards, and still 0 cosmetic.
Are we sure this isn’t still bugged? I’m familiar with grinding etc, but damn those cosmetics are rarer than mythics at this point. Is that the intent?

Of course its the intent. There is no reason to do the place otherwise. What they said in the developer live stream is not what I envisioned this to be. They said there would be new cosmetics making people want to come back every week. I assumed that meant the weekly cache would drop the cosmetics and you could come once a week and collect whatever it was. Not that you would have to run the place 1000 times hoping that you had good RNG.

Just repeat, repeat, repeat. I was able to get it all. And… that’s the whole point, those are not intended to drop like cinders in Helltides.
Yeah same here, quite disappointed that it’s just the same 2 sets that go on and are super rare.
There’s a middle ground between cinders and rarer than mythics, but yeah, got the message, it’s basically another insane rng grind. cool.
