Damage to burning enemies question

Does damage to burning enemies also affect the damage that the burns do or is it just non burn damage? Ive been trying to test this and cant get a big enough differential in damage with out changing something else that would also change my damage significantly. Someone with more knowledge point me in the right direction.

Yes to bought. It’s global increase in dmg. So it affects the hit/wtv skill you use/ and the burn.

That’s why firebolt is such valuable enchant, it basically ensures 100% uptime for any burning enemies effect
