D4 Shop is NOT refreshing at all

I am playing on PS5, with my partner as local co-op.

My shop refreshes as usual. However, my partner’s shop is not refreshing/rotating at all. The items are always the same, in the same positions, without any rotation for weeks. This is definitely not normal.

I have tried to reinstall the game.
I have tried to “Restore Licences” on PS settings.

I have contacted Blizzard Support but they just told me their Customer Support cannot handle this and that I should just post on the official forums, bug report and hope for something. This is really unacceptable to me.

My partner has purchased a few packages and has over 10,000 Platinum now but she can’t spend it because the shop doesn’t move at all.

It’s not nice to have spent additional money only to meet with a shop that doesn’t work.
It is not acceptable that Blizzard Support “can’t do anything”.

Please help if you know any further troubleshooting that I can do, or just leave a reply so this post can get seen and discussed more.

My shop has also not been refreshing for about a week now, despite each day counting down 24 hours until a refresh that has the same items in the same places for each class. Also, I am playing on PC.

This exact thing is happening to me aswell, about 3 weeks since ive seen any change at all… as mentioned above, exact same positions and items… incredibly frustrating!!!

im on PC, also tried on my laptop… samething, perhaps accout bug?

Possibly bugged account on their “recommendation/customisation” system.

I had initially thought it was due to playing local co-op on console, since the partner player doesn’t need a copy of the game. However, I’ve heard of a couple of other occurrences on PC, and the both of you here as well, so, it seems like an account issue on their backend.

Extremely frustrating sitting on a bunch of platinum and not being able to spend them.

We need more visibility on this issue, got to keep this post going.

My brother has the same issue, same items with 0 refresh/rotation…
PS5 too. We tried logging on another ps5 to no avail.

Do you remember when it started?

It seems like quite a few of these happened from around November. As of now, my partner’s shop is still stuck with the exact same items since weeks ago.

Has platinum but can’t spend. Frustrating.

Same here. I’ve been waiting for a resolution to the problem to no avail. Sitting on platinum and can’t spend it. Very frustrating. Blizzard support has been no help

This has also just started happening to my wife’s account. We play couch co op on Xbox and we made a purchase on 26/12 in the shop and since then her shop has not changed at all. Just the same items in the same places and she also has platinum to spend and is after a particular cosmetic.

Prior to my partner’s occurrence, she didn’t purchase anything in the shop. She only purchased the “Add On” packages. I think it was 3 packages in total and she has about 11k platinum.

Same, my partner is after a couple of particular cosmetics, but since the shop is stuck, she can’t get them. She played Druid this season and has been wanting to get the Frost Lord set… but now it’s nearing season end and… sigh.

i have the same problem. I probably encountered the same as I’ve also purchased some of the platinum bundles. then it stopped refreshing. I hope they get to fix it as I still have around 9k platinums.

i raised a ticket and they said it might be isolated cases that a resolution may take time. I hope they get to take a look at the ones raising the problem since i’m assuming those who are bringing it to their attention are those who are willing to buy cosmetics. :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

We submitted tickets twice and got the same response. They just said that Support can’t handle this and advised us to post on the forums. That’s about it.

I hope they take a look at those who have spent additional money on their services and cosmetics. Paying for a service/product which then failed to work isn’t very nice. :sweat_smile:

I assume you’re also on console. Playing solo or co-op?
At this point, it doesn’t seem like a co-op issue anymore since I’ve heard some PC players experiencing this too.

i actually play both solo and coop. could it be caused by the reloading options we chose? i purchased the ones with the mount cosmetics. was it also because I had prior cosmetic purchases? i don’t know. :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile: i hope they fix it because i don’t know what else to use the platinums for. most likely it would go to upcoming season passes. :joy::joy::joy:

The shop still has not refreshed for my wife in over a week now but does every day for me. Have you guys encountered any issues also with getting Uber uniques drop from duriel with the shop issues. It’s most likely just bad luck with rng for my wife, but, we have been playing couch co op duriel runs. We have done around 75 or so runs and I have got 6 Ubers to her 0. Just wondering if the account bug maybe having other consequences or because she has not purchased the game.
It’s probably just a case of me being very lucky and she is very unlucky. lol.

My situation is the opposite of yours. My shop refreshes, my partner’s doesn’t.
Just a few days ago, she got 5 ubers and I got none.

Now my shop isn’t working at all and wife’s still hasn’t refreshed.
I think we ended up doing around 150 duriel runs at the increased drop rate and she did not get 1 Uber.
I think she is done with playing Diablo now. Lol.

Yo mine too, it’s been like 2 months since it’s changed and I don’t see blizzard actually doing anything about this
