Something like a D3 ROS trading system would alleviate a TON of issues with people farming duriels and other end game bosses. Not only that but it would help with the games longevity and player base. People are MORE willing to do content that doesn’t feel forced or feel like a “Waste of time”.

Nothing is rare anymore. We have uncommon uniques in durel and all other uniques are common off the bosses.
no i think most people dont want rmt, duping and cc warriors. i think moving duriel mats to the materials page so you cant dupe or trade them is better idea. then people actually have to earn their ubers

Thats why they are going to use bots so that they don’t have to farm it themselves thats what the bots are for, and it’s all done for the making of money on the black market to get the money
And the real question is:- if this game is such a pile of crap why haven’t you left yet to play a real game instead of staying here
Everything should be tradeable.
Just because some very few % of people RMT doesnt mean that Blizz should compromise the game for everyone else who likes to take part in an economy side of the game.
Farming > selling > buying > farming etc is what makes arpg fun to me at least. Gaining wealth. Even if my char was fully decked i would still have a reason to play. Gaining wealth in game is fun.

RMT is already here, we all hate that, yet there is no way to forbid that.

When people calling for trading system (and yeah AH in D3 was perfect, except RMT option) THEY DON´T MEAN THEY WANT RMT TRADING SYSTEM, we just want to comfortable trading without need to use 3rd sites in 2023 game.

here’s my thinking :
You would be TOTALLY right it he asked for D2 trading system : D2 was a bot and RMT wasteland due to the open trading and jsp.
But D3 trading system (post AH being closed) is something else entirely : everything is account bound.
The only way to have the possibility of interacting with other in such way would be with a player that was teamed with you during the time of the drop and as long as you are grouped together.
Meaning :
currently ancestral yellow , gold , uber mat etc… are tradeable to anyone.
BUT if it was the D3 system : mats would bound directly (since such items were never tradeable) , but items (yellow , legendary and even unique) would be “giveable” to the buddy you played with if you don’t need it but not to anyone else that wasn’t and still isn’t in your party.
Making it less probable to have RMT / CG warriors etc… that it is currently by a long mile since as it is currently : ancestral yellow and uber mat aren’t bound which in turn make : fg , cg warrior , bots and spam bots a thing.
if everything was only giveable to the friend you played with at the time of the drop there would be no website or fg.

I’m in favor of the D3 trading system. You can trade loot to party members who were in your party at the time it dropped for limited time.

Meh. D3’s trading system is why I played it fewer years than any other Diablo game so far (excluding D4 ofc).
Ha! People with zero experience, and no understanding of economic principles, want an auction house. Blizzard already knows, from experience, what a total disaster this would be. THERE WILL NEVER BE AN AUCTION HOUSE; GET OVER IT!!!
D4 needs an open trading system. If you dont like trading you dont have to. Dont ruin the game for the rest of us

go say that to the RMT warrior and bot users that made D2 and D2R a rmt and bot wasteland where bot invade your own room to spam about their website while killing your bosses
or to the baal run and chaos run being made 95% of the time by bots.
THIS ruined D2 and D2R for many.
it also ruined the true reset of season , hardcore mode , pvp and so forth.
and of course : leaderboard as well.

D3 RoS Trading doesn’t help 3rd parties at all because you need to be in the group when it drops - this encourages playing with friends or grouping up for the sole purpose of loot sharing.
