People on this forum also admitted to making multiple accounts and voting repeatedly.
My guess is that it’s only down until they remove the multiple votes. It’s happened before when stuff has gotten review bombed by bots and bad actors.
Once they get rid of the multipl IP votes I imagine it will probably be back up with a low score that still no one will ever actually care about except people like you OP who think it matters.

There’s no such thing as “review bombing”. That’s just a made up term to dismiss player feedback that developers/publishers don’t like.

You can tell people abuse metacritic the same person, or I assume 1 person, has been posting negative reviews about WoW for half a year and everytime brings up racism as a complaint due to the faction restrictions.
Removing reviews due to suspicious activity is always going to be a band-aid fix until Metacritic requires something like proof of purchase or phone number verification to post user reviews. It would really help Metacritic’s credibility as normal people might actually start taking user reviews seriously again.

WC3 reforged deserved a 0. Not D4. Sorry. It’s not the most interesting game in the world that will capture my mind for a decade, but it ain’t on the same playing field as WC3 Reforged

The game is an obvious 10/10 anybody who thinks less probably is a bot.
? I just searched it. I thought they just stopped allowing reviews.
It was started more by movie studios I think when they make their propaganda films and then act shocked when people don’t like them.
