D4 keeps freezing

D4 game just keeps freezing. Happening since latest update. Nonstop. Really frustrating.

Constant crashing on PC Diablo 4

So i fixed the issue myself finally. This fix is for anyone who when they click, the desktop taskbar appears for a microsecond and the game is constantly switching from desktop back in game, without you really noticing. Eventually the game freezes and then crashes. If this pertains to you, read onward. Now granted this DOES stem from not having a Exclusive fullscreen as they would have to properly address “apphungtimeout” The fix does reveal that by deleting this reg key. HKEY_CURRENT_USER…

Try this.
It’s specifically tied to feezing/crash.
If you can see your desktop flash for a split second is also another tell.

If this is due to teleport, google search BES cpu limiter and run that, limit diablo4.exe to -10 no more that -15 so it doesnt let your CPU go into overdrive. Solved my freezing during teleports.

if you having a NVIDIA card, downgrade the Drivers, I updated to latest and got the same issues small freezes now and then. Using a 5080 with Ryzen 9900X, should not have that problem with that computer. Changed my driver to older version now its buttery smooth.
