D4 has to be the most inclusive game I can think of when it comes to character creator. The skin options alone are an outstanding example that the industry as a whole can take notes from.
They actually have Vitiglio represented. I can’t think of another game, ever, to have such customization. I just want to give the devs a shout out for that.

Yeah! There’s a bunch of nice things in there. My two personal gripes are just that I want more face options and poooossibly a body slider. Or an option for an extra body type for both male and female on all classes.

The D4 character creation is extremely limited. Compare to Elden Ring for example… almost unlimited flexibility in how you form your characters appearance.

It seems to me OP that you have not played many games if you think what you are saying is true. This post reminds me of Jennifer Lawrence claiming that her role in Hunger Games was the first time there had been a female lead in an action movie

You have like a total of 11 hairstyles or something, 5 of which are not hideous and 2 of which actually look ok.
No body sliders. Druid stays obese.
No face sliders
No Hue wheel
No voice change
Limited hair colors
If you really believe this then you have not played many other games.
Go look at Black Desert Online character creator through like a youtube video or something. Once again, you’ll see that Diablo 4 does the bare minimum.
Ill give u this Exiled. They got some haircuts and beards to add, but the character creator is pretty nice.

Where can i adjust my genital size like in cyberpunk? And why are there no open long hairs for women? Creator is bad, like the rest.

There’s also a distinct lack of European hairstyles. Have to push that agenda!
I’m on wheelchair and till i can’t have a it IG even if as a skin i will continu to stand for.
I saw vitiglio is nice but i also have eczema, i hope one day i will be able to let the char scratch himself.
