D4 doesnt download the new patch properly

i have 1000mbbs speed and i downloading with 23 kb/s and then 1 mb , 90 mb and then again 47 kb/s

I have the same problem, try to limit bandwith on both options to 999999999 KB/s. Now I’m at 48% and get to the character menu but it loads infinitely, so I alt+f4 and now it says “initializing” when trying to download the rest of the game… Great feature for such an expensive game…
